Cancellation and return
Right of withdrawal
We try to represent the products as accurately as possible. However, it may happen that a product does not meet your expectations or that you change your mind about buying it and that is OK.
We ask for your understanding that, for sustainability reasons, we cannot offer a return slip.
You may cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (by e-mail).
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you - without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your cancellation - all payments already received from you, excluding delivery costs. We will make such a reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any charges as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
Conditions
The product whose purchase is to be cancelled must be returned in its original condition, new and unused. If this condition is not met, we reserve the right to refuse return and to retain the costs. In this case, the buyer would have to pay for the return shipment to the buyer.
Liability for defects
If a product arrives damaged (due to transport damage, for example), this must be reported to the deliverer. Please inform us of this (photo by email) so that claims for defects can be made. If the customer does not do this, no claim can be made.
Return costs
The delivery costs for a return shipment must be borne by the buyer. Please package the goods properly and send them back with sufficient postage to Carolin Liebeck, Humboldtstraße 44, 28203 Bremen.
